“Show Help” shows the question marks that open help. Turn it off once you know your way around; the help center stays in the menu as “Help & FAQ”.

“Share Integration Logins” lets your family use your Picnic, Flotte Karotte or Ökullus login, so they fill your cart and change your next delivery, and your postcode and market at flaschenpost and REWE and your dm market, so they see the same products and prices. Only turn it on in a family you trust.
