Ordering a list
Pick products for your list at your shops and send them there.
What you need
Connect at least one shop under “Integrations” (see the guide on shops). Your lists then show “Order”; until then, “Connect a shop” takes you there.
Go through your list
- Open the list and press “Order”.
- The buttons at the top are your items. Greezy searches every connected shop for the first one.
- Tap the products you want. “Next” and “Back” move between items, or tap an item's button.
- Not quite right? Change the words in the search field and press “Search”.
- When you're through, “Overview” shows everything you picked.
- You picked products for this item; grey ones are still open.
- This item is in your cart at the shop already.
- “Overview”: your picks, and the buttons to send them.
- With several shops, the checkboxes above the products show or hide a shop, also for your next list. If none of the ticked shops can be searched, Greezy shows them all.
Pick products
Tap a product to pick it, and again to drop it. Greezy suggests an amount to match your list; change it as you like.
You can pick several products for one item, at different shops too.
- Picked.
- In your cart at the shop already.
- “Picked last time”: what you picked for this item before, shown first.
- Cheaper from a number of pieces; Greezy says how many more it takes.
- Some products come in other units too, like by the piece; pick the unit below the amount.
- “+ … deposit” is the deposit on bottles and crates; the totals include it.
The overview
“Overview” lists your picks shop by shop, with about what they cost. Change amounts or remove picks here.
- At Flotte Karotte and Ökullus, “How often” lets a product come every few weeks.
- Totals are estimates: loose goods are weighed, and prices change.
Send your picks to the shops
Each shop has its own button at the bottom of the overview:
- Picnic: fills your cart. You order and pay in the Picnic app.
- Flotte Karotte and Ökullus: adds your picks to your next delivery. You can still change it until the deadline.
- dm: opens your picks on dm.de, where you set the amounts and order. Picked a dm market? Then you can buy them there, too.
- flaschenpost: opens each pick on flaschenpost.de (“Open at flaschenpost”), where you add it to the cart and order.
- REWE: opens each pick in REWE's online shop (“Open at REWE”), where you add it to the cart and order.
- Greezy never pays, and it never places an order at Picnic, dm, flaschenpost or REWE.
After sending
Items you sent to Picnic, Flotte Karotte or Ökullus come off the list by themselves. For dm, flaschenpost and REWE, the overview offers to tick them off once you've opened the products there.
The tabs at the top show your carts and your next box delivery.
- Running lists keep their items.
Your Picnic cart
The Picnic tab shows your Picnic cart, including what you added in the Picnic app. Change counts or remove products right here.
- “Change” takes you to where you pick another delivery slot.
- Products others asked for through the list's link show who they're for.
- Finish the order in the Picnic app before the slot's deadline.
Your Flotte Karotte or Ökullus order
Your box service's tab shows your next delivery: boxes, subscriptions and the products you added. Until the deadline, you can:
- change the amount of products you added, or remove them
- take a subscribed product off this one delivery – the subscription stays
- The shop's own app and website may not show changes made in Greezy, even after you sign in again. Don't save the order there, as that can undo them: change it in Greezy until the deadline.
- Boxes, and products that came with a box, are changed in the shop.
- Greezy won't take the last product off an order. To skip a delivery, cancel it or pause your deliveries in the shop: Greezy then goes on with the next one.
- Some days only your subscriptions deliver and there's no order yet. The tab then lists what they bring, and products you add go onto that delivery.
