Lists others add to
Share a shopping list by link, so friends or flatmates add what they'd like you to buy.
What people with the link can do
Anyone with the link can add items – no account needed.
- Guests give their name. Once they've added their items, they can't see or change them.
- Greezy users who are signed in see and change their own items, and find the list under “Shared with you”.
- When the list's owner lets them search the shops, they add items by searching there: a tap puts a product on the list, and a second tap takes it off. Typing in items of their own isn't offered then.
What you see
You see everything on the list and can change or remove any item. Items from people outside your family carry a badge with their name and stay apart.
When you order, the overview shows what each person's items cost, so you can ask for the money (see the guide on payments).
Let them search your shops
Turn on “Shop search for visitors” in the share window, and people with the link add items by picking products at your connected shops instead of typing them in, so you get the product they mean rather than just “milk”. They also see about what their items cost.
- They see products and prices only – never your cart, orders or account – and can't order anything.
- Prices are estimates, and only whoever added an item sees its price.
- Products they pick come onto your list with their size, like “… 12x 1l”, so you can tell a bottle from a crate.
Stop sharing
Press “Share” on the list, then “Delete link”. The link stops working for everyone, and what they added stays. Sharing again makes a new link.
